Construction

Installation

Base Layer: First, cover the wall with a base layer. Commonly used are 3mm plywood and wood board. Use air nails to nail them to the wall, and use sandpaper to clean the surface.

Sawing Board: Saw the UV board into blocks according to the actual required size.

Cleaning: Clean the back of the UV board with sandpaper and a rag.

Adhesion: Apply all-purpose glue and woodworking glue evenly on the back of the UV board, then stick the UV board on the wall, and gently tap the UV board with your hands to make the UV board stick firmly to the wall.

Caulking: Adjust water-based caulking material, and then fill the caulking material at the 45-degree intersection of the two UV panels. Fill it first, and then use a vertical angle to gently draw across the 45-degree intersection so that the intersection is flat and smooth.
